英國年房價跌幅創1991年至今以來最大一次(UK house price fall 'at a record' )
英國全國平均房價為£169,316(OS : 這是啥單位??，沒比較基準沒意義阿!!!)，比起去年將近跌掉£150,000.
跌幅將近8.1%；另外住宅建造商預測在ENGLAND以及WALES地區今年新建的房屋也會創1924年以來的新低。
由於未來景氣仍舊低迷，這波房價要快速回復恐怕短時間內不會發生。
這UK房地產的現狀，只有用一個慘字來形容，這一切都要先怪 NORTHERN ROCK銀行。
時間過的真快，UK的NORTHERN ROCK事件居然轉眼一年了(2007, 9. 14)。
這個NORTHERN ROCK讓UK產生CREDIT CRUNCH事件，
UK各家銀行緊縮銀根，讓企業和消費者都借不到錢。
其次要怪的是通貨膨脹，這一年的時間來，全球原油的價格飆漲。
從2007年初的時候一桶54美元一桶到2008年7月最高漲到將近150美元一桶，
這原油飆漲導致全世界物價膨脹，UK也是慘兮兮
